Services We Offer and Conditions We Treat

The Medical House Call Program provides personalized, home-based primary and end-of life care to patients with complex and serious illnesses. We coordinate care with a range of health professionals in the hospital and home setting.
Our doctors in the Infectious Diseases Outpatient Clinic provide diagnostic evaluation and treatment for patients with suspected infectious diseases, including chronic infections such as osteomyelitis, sexually transmitted diseases, HIV/AIDS, and more.
The Division of Interventional Pain Medicine is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of pain, with the ultimate goal of minimizing discomfort and improving the quality of life for patients.
Our board-certified Interventional Radiologists offer a medical specialty which uses state of the art image guidance to perform minimally invasive procedures, many of which required surgery in the past. We perform hundreds of complex life saving procedures a year.
The Division of Kidney Disease & Hypertension at The GW Medical Faculty Associates offers comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic disorders of the kidney and urinary tract; fluid, electrolyte and acid base imbalances; and hypertension.
