Kevin Davey, MD completed his B.A. at Northwestern University in 2008 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Molecular Biology. He completed his MD at Oregon Health Sciences University in 2013 graduating with honors. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Mt. Sinai St. Luke’s-Roosevelt in 2016 where he served as chief resident during his final year. Following residency he completed a fellowship in International Emergency Medicine at the University of California San Francisco. Dr. Davey has served as a consultant at the World Health Organization in the Department of Emergency and Trauma Care. He also serves as a content specialist on embassy security and disaster management for the Department of Operational Medicine at the State Department.
Dr. Davey has been on the faculty at George Washington University since 2017 as a member of the International Division. His work is focused on improving access to emergency care in low resource settings, primarily through the development of Emergency health systems, and the delivery of structured educational training programs in Emergency Medicine and acute care.
