Andrew Lee, MD is a fellowship-trained hand and upper extremity surgeon at George Washington University. He specializes in the treatment of conditions affecting the hand, wrist, and elbow. His surgical practice includes arthroscopic, minimally invasive, and microsurgical techniques.
Dr. Lee graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed his postgraduate training at the University at Buffalo where he served as administrative chief resident. He pursued further fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
A DMV native, Lee graduated from the Landon School in Bethesda, Maryland. He is a marathon runner and former U.S. Junior Olympian in Taekwondo.
