Biography

Dr. Sunil Adige is a Board Certified Medical Oncologist who specializes in treating patients with breast cancer. He completed his medical degree at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. He then completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. He was trained in medical oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center/Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, learning from world leaders in the field. During this training, he focused his studies on the treatment of breast cancer. He is well versed in the most recent data on the treatment of breast cancer.

Dr. Adige is committed to treating his patients and individuals, and catering the treatment plan to their own unique needs. He believes there is no “one size fits all” for all patients. He also believes in taking the time to educate his patients about their breast cancer so they fully understand their disease and their treatment.

Dr. Adige has published in peer reviewed journals and is passionate about getting equal access to care for all his patients.

He enjoys spending time with his family, running through the neighborhoods of Washington D.C., and painting.
