GW Primary Care - West End: 2300 M Street

Welcome to The GW Medical Faculty Associates (GW MFA) Primary Care practice at M Street. We are located at 2300 M Street NW 9th floor, at the corner of M Streets and 23rd Streets, between 23rd and 24th Streets. The entrance is on M Street. Our office number is 202-677-6990. Being affiliated with the GW School of Medicine & Health Sciences and the GW Hospital, the GW MFA uses evidence-based care to train our staff. We ensure that we are using a team-based, patient-centered approach to coordinate care for you and your loved ones. With over 50 different specialties located all through the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area, we work with you to provide a smooth transition of care. We also provide educational material and have social workers, diabetes educators, and other resources to provide you with education and support.

Other MFA locations

The main GW MFA building (GW MFA Ambulatory Care Center) entrance is located at 22nd and I Streets NW. Many of our specialists are located in this building, as well as in other locations in Maryland and Virginia. There is also a laboratory, pharmacy and radiology services in this building as well.

Parking

Garage parking is between M & L Streets on 24th Street NW. From inside the garage on P-2, signs direct you to the elevators labeled “Patient Entrance.” An additional door directs patients to the elevators straight ahead, or the stairs to the right. To return to your vehicle, press P-2 on the elevator directory. The wheelchair entrance is located between M & L Streets on 23rd Street NW.

Parking is shared with the Westin Hotel and is available for a modest fee. Street parking is limited and metered.
